Position Overview
As a Senior Specialist – Marketplaces , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth for our clients on Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, marketplace optimization, and growth strategy execution, working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.
You will also guide junior specialists, ensuring campaign excellence and process discipline.i
Key Responsibilities
Performance Ownership
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and other marketplaces(Flipkart, Quick comm)
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into KPIs such as ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, and sales trends to identify performance levers.
- Develop and implement data-driven optimization plans across bids, budgets, placements, and targeting.
- Manage A / B tests for creative, product titles, and copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Account Management & Strategy
Work as the main point of contact for 2–3 key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence.Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reviews with insights and growth recommendations.Collaborate with the Manager to shape strategy, forecast budgets, and identify new growth opportunities on marketplaces.Drive assortment expansion and pricing strategy in coordination with internal and client stakeholders.Data & Insights
Build advanced performance dashboards and trackers for ongoing campaign health monitoring.Map and report competition ad, content, and pricing strategies to inform tactical moves.Translate insights into actionable business and campaign recommendations.Collaboration & Mentoring
Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to drive impactful marketplace execution.Support in onboarding and mentoring junior specialists on process, optimization, and tools.Ensure adherence to Social Beat’s performance, reporting, and quality standards.What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing marketplace performance, primarily on Amazon (experience with Flipkart, Nykaa, or Myntra is a plus) with Agency experienceSkills :
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Amazon Ads Console.Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and ad formats.Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with clients.Working knowledge of tools such as Helium10, DataHawk, or similar is preferred.Mindset : Growth-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to drive impact.Why Join Us
