About the role

The Senior BI Engineer will design and develop Business Intelligence solutions that empower internal teams with actionable insights. This role involves working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders, contributing to the company's migration toward a modern Python-based analytics stack, and driving new reporting capabilities across multiple product lines. The engineer will blend technical development, data visualization, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain robust Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards and custom reports.
• Develop insightful and user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using BI tools, primarily Apache Superset.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to answer complex business questions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against the Snowflake data warehouse.
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based team members to communicate technical solutions and project updates.
• Operate independently, taking high-level direction and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
