Technical Specialist- Veeva Vault

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.

Perform Vault configuration , workflow setup, lifecycle management, and user role management.

Design and implement Veeva CRM customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Veeva APIs.

Work on integrations between Vault, Veeva CRM, and external systems (via REST / SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware).

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure solution quality.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management activities.

Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, PromoMats, RIM, Clinical, etc.) configuration and development.

Strong understanding of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning).

Experience with Veeva APIs and Vault Loader for data migration and integration.

Hands-on experience with REST / SOAP web services and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica).

Proficient in SDLC , Agile methodologies , and GxP / CSV compliance in Life Sciences environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Veeva Certified (Vault Admin / CRM Technical / Integration Specialist).

Experience working with Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech clients.

Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Regulatory workflows .
