About the Role :
Job Responsibilities :
Experience : 8 - 12 Years
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to :
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
- Interface with other NMS / EMS subsystem Dev teams and Customer Support team, resolve issues, queries raised by Customer teams.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Job Requirement :
Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring framework, and related technologies.Strong knowledge of Struts, HTML, Spring web technologies.Strong knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, Dojo, AngularJS and ReactJSUnderstanding of Network Management interfaces such as Kafka, Netconf / YANG, SNMP, REST, SOAP, CLI, etc.Strong knowledge of Shell scripts, Postgres, PGPool, RedHat, CentOS, FTP servers.Experience on Network management Systems / OSS (CM, PM, FM) is desirable.Experience in CloudPlatform / Docker / Kubernetes / Container platforms desirable.Knowledge of System design and architecture of Cloud native applications.Education and Experience :
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education.Rakuten Shugi Principles
