Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support payroll operations and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.

Your Responsibilities

• Apply general accounting principles to payroll operations.
• Ensure payroll processes follow established policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll accounting results.
• Collect enter and report data with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly / weekly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform monthly / weekly subledger reconciliations.
• Review payroll-related entries and conduct reconciliations and analysis.
• Ensure supporting documentation aligns with compliance policies.
• Prioritise and delegate team tasks efficiently.
• Compile summaries of earnings taxable and non-taxable wages for reporting.
