Position Summary
Deliver value across all Marketing Hub delivered and connected activities by driving continuous improvement and future transformation of the performance management of day-to-day delivery at scale in collaboration with our Partners and GMS Product Owners. This role is responsible to connect with both the GMS Product Owner team and in-country operational marketing teams to drive the adoption, execution and continuous transformation of GMS Hub capabilities / enablers.
Key Accountabilities Of The Role Include
Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)
Owns prioritization of capability adoption of capabilities & transformation roadmap across pillars within the geographies on behalf of global GMS Product Owners and in coordination with IT, Country Performance Delivery Lead, and Country Marketing team
Owns continuous improvement agenda in collaboration with partners & country
Unilever SPOC for global process excellence team into the geography
Drive effectiveness and consistency of operating model (governance, gatekeeping, etc).
Scope
This position will be supporting select BU's across a key geographical region (Americas / Europe & Middle East / Asia & Africa) engaging with key senior stakeholders both in countries and within the GBS communities.
