Summary :

The team conducts competitive pricing analysis, supports big box pro sales accounts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors portal performance, and coordinates sales follow-ups. The team identifies process improvements, implements best practices, and handles ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct competitive pricing and product analysis.
• Assist in managing big box pro sales accounts
• The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, merchandising, and Business Unit.
• Regularly monitor Home Depot portal performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Coordinating with Customers, sales team to align follow-up activities with sales strategies and targets.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
• Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager that are relevant to the team’s objectives.
• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks
