Designation : Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 2+ years

Salary : Upto 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities : -

Design creative marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
Create, edit, and enhance images, illustrations, and videos using design tools.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, , and YouTube.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) aligned with brand identity.
Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and analyze insights using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for creative storytelling and campaign execution.
Support paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and assist in influencer collaborations.
Respond to audience queries, comments, and DMs to maintain strong community engagement.
Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to bring fresh ideas.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.

Good knowledge of social media algorithms, content strategy, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, time management, and creative thinking skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
