Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce Manager to own and scale Boults marketplace and quick commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a Tier 1 graduate (B.Tech / MBA) with 3+ years of experience in ecommerce / marketplace operations, performance marketing, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Marketplace Ownership : Manage Boults presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Growth Strategy : Develop and execute strategies across listings, SEO, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and fulfillment to maximize sales and profitability.
- Performance Marketing : Run and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, quick commerce promotions), ensuring strong ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with supply chain, operations, and marketing to ensure availability, timely delivery, and smooth product launches.
- Market Intelligence : Track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and category trends to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Analytics & Insights : Drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing sales, marketplace metrics, and customer feedback for continuous performance improvement.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Improve customer experience via content optimization, reviews management, and after-sales support workflows.
- Compliance & Operations : Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and promptly resolve operational or customer-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors (B.Tech preferred) or MBA from a Tier 1 institute.310 years of relevant experience in ecommerce / marketplace management, with exposure to quick commerce platforms.Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and familiarity with quick commerce dashboards.Proven experience in performance marketing (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads) and promotional campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Ability to take end-to-end ownership and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver ecommerce growth.Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.Passion for consumer electronics, audio products, and ecommerce innovation is a plus.What We Offer
