PHP Architect / Lead Developer - Symfony / Laravel Framework

Job description : Role Purpose :

As a PHP Architect / Lead Developer, you will design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade web applications and internal systems hosted on AWS.

You'll lead by example, ensuring clean, scalable, and efficient code while mentoring developers and contributing to architecture decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and learning platforms.
• Implement modern PHP practices using Symfony and Laravel frameworks.
• Design scalable database schemas and optimize SQL queries (MySQL).
• Integrate APIs (REST) and ensure high system performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Manage code using Git and implement CI / CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, unit testing, and documentation standards are met.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
