Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Procurement Vendor Management & Supplier Orders

In this role we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process with suppliers ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain strong relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations vendor management and service level reporting. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring that suppliers meet performance expectations in line with service agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

Procurement & Order Management :

oManage the order-to-supplier process from requisition to delivery.

oIssue purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment from suppliers.

oTrack order status and update internal teams on delivery timelines.

Vendor Management :

oEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors.

oNegotiate pricing contracts and terms of service with suppliers.

oHandle vendor inquiries and resolve order discrepancies.

Service Level & Backorder Reporting :

oMonitor supplier performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

oCreate regular reports on backorders delivery times and service levels.

oImplement corrective actions with suppliers for underperformance.

Inventory & Stock Management Support :

oCollaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.

oAssist in managing backorders and prioritizing urgent stock replenishments.

Continuous Improvement :

oIdentify opportunities for process improvements within procurement workflows.

oSupport procurement cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business or related field.

Experience in procurement vendor management or supply chain.

Familiarity with order-to-supplier processes inventory management and reporting.

Excellent negotiation communication and vendor relationship skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar).

Experience with service-level reporting and performance tracking is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Procurement Expertise : Strong understanding of supplier order management and procurement processes.

Vendor Management : Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors while driving performance.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze service-level metrics and backorder reports providing actionable insights.

Negotiation & Problem Solving : Skilled in negotiating contracts and resolving discrepancies with vendors.

Attention to Detail : Ensures all procurement activities meet business needs and quality standards.
