Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Land Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying suitable land for development, negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing land acquisition processes. The role requires close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Communication skills
• Experience in Land Acquisition and Land Development in Gujarat
• Strong Due Diligence capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and regulatory bodies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus
