Job Title : Key Account Manager / Sales (German-Speaking)

Reports To : Sales Manager

environmental compliance. Our solutions serve sectors such as cement, steel, food,

wood, oil & gas, and power plants.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Key Account Manager / Sales (German-Speaking)

to support our German-speaking clients and markets. The ideal candidate is preferably a

German national or a German-speaking expat based in India, with strong language

proficiency (B2 or higher). You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, growing

client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified leads in German speaking markets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, nurturing
  • prospects and maintaining client engagement.
  • Support the entire sales process, coordinating internally to ensure smooth
  • execution of orders from initial contact through delivery.
  • Communicate fluently in French and English for professional correspondence and
  • negotiations.
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel, reporting on key metrics such as weekly
  • leads, conversion rates, and regional sales health.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
  • Assist with team operations, including coordination and support tasks as needed.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of new qualified leads generated per week
  • Lead-to-conversion rate
  • Regional sales funnel health and revenue growth
  • Strength and consistency of client relationships

Qualifications & Skills

  • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
  • Preferably a German national or a German-speaking expat currently based in India.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial sectors (cement, steel, food, wood, oil & gas, or power plants).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
