Desired Candidate profile :
- Bachelor / Master degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing autonomous robotic systems for logistics or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in robotic frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Experience with motion planning, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), and real-time navigation.
- Hands-on experience in designing robotic arms with precision pick-and-place capabilities.
- Knowledge of LiDAR, depth cameras, and sensor fusion
- for navigation and object detection.
- Programming proficiency in Python, C++, and embedded systems programming.
- Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenCV, PyTorch) for robotic vision applications.
- Experience with edge computing and IoT-enabled robotics
- Worked on AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) or AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
- Experience in warehouse automation, sorting systems, or industrial robotics.
- Familiarity with mechanical design for robotics and real-world deployment challenges.
- Understanding of robotic kinematics, control algorithms, and automation protocols
