Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Inbound Sales Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining communication with customers. The position also involves account management duties such as building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention goals are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Order Processing and client relationship management
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer queries effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Proficiency in German is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
