Role Overview
The Creative Operations Executive ensures smooth execution of all creative and production activities across the agency. This role focuses on workflow management, tracking deliverables, coordinating between teams, reporting, and maintaining operational efficiency for brand content.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with creative, design, production, and brand teams for daily tasks.
Track content pipeline (ideas → shoots → edits → approvals → posting).
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting sheets on Excel / Google Sheets.
Monitor daily status of reels, shoots, edits, and brand requirements.
Create weekly productivity & performance reports for the Founder.
Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Support in planning and organizing brand shoots.
Assist in maintaining project timelines, briefs, and workflow documentation.
Highlight bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Ensure target deliverables for each brand are achieved on time.
Required Skills
Strong operational and coordination abilities.
Excellent reporting & documentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Sheets, trackers, and workflow tools.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
Understanding of content creation / creative agency processes.
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in agency operations, production coordination, or creative workflow roles.
Salary Range (Mumbai)
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience.
