Role Overview :

Are you the wordsmith who can make a push notification feel like a personal high-five? Do you have a knack for crafting quirky, engaging copy that makes users click before they even realize it? We’re looking for a Creative Content Writer – CRM & Notifications to write compelling, fun, and action-driven messages across push notifications, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.

If you can turn a simple alert into an irresistible call to action (without sounding like a robot), this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

1. Craft Killer Copy for Notifications & Emails

  • Write quirky, engaging, and conversion-driven copy for push notifications, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Develop messaging that feels personal, timely, and impossible to ignore.
  • Ensure every notification reflects the brand’s voice while driving user action.

2. Optimize for Clicks & Engagement

  • Experiment with A / B testing to find what makes users click.
  • Monitor performance and tweak copy to boost open rates, CTRs, and conversions .
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital communication to keep content fresh and engaging.

    • 3. Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Conceptualize and execute engaging email, push notification, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns .
  • Work with CRM tools like MoEngage, CleverTap , or similar platforms to automate and optimize messages.
  • Segment audiences and craft personalized copy for different user groups.

    • 4. Collaboration with Marketing & UX Teams

  • Partner with designers, marketers, and product teams to enhance user journeys with impactful messaging .
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns that keep users hooked.
