Position : Oncology Market Patient Analytics Expert – Pharma Commercial Analytics We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in patient analytics, specializing in the Oncology Market.
This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India. Key Responsibilities : Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies. Required Skills and Experience : Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics with a minimum of 5 years in the Oncology Domain.
Minimum of 3 years of team management experience. Specializations : Required - hands-on patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data. Great to have – hands-on Marketing analytics experience such as Omnichannel, Next best action, marketing mix. Great to have – AI / ML modeling using patient level data Therapeutic Expertise : Required at least two - Breast, Melanoma, Kidney, Pancreas, Head and Neck, Colon, blood cancer Great to have – Autoimmune diseases, Rare diseases, Critical care Data Proficiency : Familiarity with data sources such as EHR, EMR, Biomarker testing, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary. Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (LAAD, Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS), and Symphony. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R (SQL, Python preferred). Qualitative Attributes : Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in executive leadership.
