Direct Sales Team Lead

The Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of freelance Customer Consultants to drive AMC Cookware sales through direct selling and AMC Parties (home demonstrations) . This role involves daily field activities such as conducting product presentations and cooking demonstrations focused on health and nutrition , recruiting and training new consultants, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales and recruitment targets .

Field Sales & Demonstrations

• Plan, book, and conduct regular in-home AMC Cookware demonstrations .
• Support team members during product demonstrations to help maximize sales conversions .
• Identify new demonstration opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local networking .
• Actively participate in sales drives, exhibitions, and local promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Deliver engaging presentations on health, nutrition, and smart cooking at exhibitions, residential societies, schools, and colleges.
• Ensure all customer data, demo feedback, and sales conversion details are accurately recorded in the company’s reporting system.
