Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious
Associate Vice President – Presales
to lead global client engagements and shape the go-to-market solutioning efforts across
AI Consulting
and
AI Infrastructure . This is a strategic leadership role responsible for interfacing with
CXO-level stakeholders , translating business needs into AI opportunities, and leading the creation of compelling proposals, pitches, and PoCs.
You will serve as the
bridge between clients, consulting teams, and product / infrastructure leaders , owning the full presales lifecycle and playing a critical role in revenue growth and solution differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary presales leader
for global client engagements across US, EU, Middle East, and APAC regions.
Drive
executive-level conversations
with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI / Data, and Innovation leaders.
Lead requirement discovery sessions and shape
AI transformation roadmaps
with strong industry alignment.
Build and present tailored proposals that combine
AI solutions
(GenAI, LLMs, NLP, Vision, MLOps) with
GPU Infrastructure
where required.
Design and lead
proof-of-concept (PoC)
and
pilot engagements , ensuring clarity on scope, value, and outcomes.
Respond to RFPs / RFIs, craft SoWs, pitch decks, and commercial proposals with support from consulting and infra teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Engineering, Product) to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Track and influence key deal metrics – proposal success rate, conversion time, and win / loss ratio.
Mentor junior solution consultants and help institutionalize scalable presales processes.
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years
of experience in
Presales / Solution Consulting / Business Development , ideally in AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Tech Services.
Demonstrated success engaging
global enterprise clients
and
CXO-level stakeholders .
Proven understanding of
AI / ML consulting frameworks
— including Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and Data Platforms.
Familiarity with
AI Infrastructure
concepts such as GPU cloud (NVIDIA), model training environments, orchestration layers, and data pipelines.
Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to handle ambiguity, work cross-functionally, and close high-value strategic deals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in or with
AI Startups, Tech Consulting firms, or Cloud-native service providers .
Understanding of vertical-specific AI use cases (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
Background in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA or Master’s in relevant field is a plus.
Exposure to
LLM fine-tuning, AI CoPilots, Prompt Engineering, MLOps,
or
Vector DB
solutions is a
strong plus .
