RMA Spares Planning Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical RMA Spares Planner & Controller with expertise in inventory planning, cost tracking, and dashboard presentation . This role is responsible for managing spare part availability for returned merchandise repairs, tracking inventory across internal sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) , and monitoring inventory carrying costs . The ideal candidate will also create and present dashboards to support operational visibility and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

RMA and Spare Parts Planning :

• Forecast and manage spare part requirements for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) workflows based on Past consumption in respective product family.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts to support product repair and replacement processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and CMs to manage replenishment and lead times.

5 days office at Flextronics, Electronic City.
