Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating CRM platforms to support business processes and customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise in JavaScript, C#, Python, and SQL , along with deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce , Microsoft Dynamics , or HubSpot . The role involves building scalable CRM solutions, integrating multiple systems through APIs, and ensuring data integrity and performance across platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient CRM workflows, automation, and reporting solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Build custom modules, workflows, and automation using Apex (for Salesforce) or C# (for Dynamics).
• Integrate CRM systems with internal and external applications using REST / SOAP APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for improved usability and functionality.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring optimized performance, data quality, and integrity through advanced SQL queries.
• Work within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy and maintain CRM solutions.
• Manage version control and collaborative development using Git.
• Use tools such as Salesforce Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, and Postman for development and testing.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing CRM applications to ensure system reliability and scalability.
