Key Responsibilities :
- Client Collaboration : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their Supply Chain Management business needs and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Requirements Analysis : Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Provide expert guidance to align Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities with client goals.
- Solution Design : Develop robust, scalable, and tailored Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Design end-to-end HCM processes,
- Configuration and Implementation : Lead the design, configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Customize Oracle HCM Cloud to meet specific client needs.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure the solution meets all functional and performance requirements.
- Training and Documentation : Provide training to client teams on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, best practices, and system maintenance. Create clear and user-friendly documentation for clients to reference.
- Change Management : Assist clients in managing change within their organizations by helping them adapt to new financial processes and technologies. Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Troubleshooting : Act as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting complex financial issues and challenges. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Best Practices : Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, industry trends, and updates. Recommend and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Pre-sales and CoE contribution : Contribute to the pre-sale s effort through differentiated solution offerings and estimation exercise. Contribute meaningfully to the creation of assets that will help AST come up with differentiated solutions and offerings in the marketplace.
What We re Looking For :
9+ years of experience with Oracle ERPExperience with end-to-end implementation of Core HR Compensation moduleExperience with 1 to 3 HCM Cloud Core HR Compensation implementation4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving / debugging skillsFollow a software full life cycle methodologyAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of peopleCapable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where neededExcellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skillsOrganized and detailed orientedAdapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitudeSkills Required
