Operations
Key Responsibilities :
Manage studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
Monitor client feedback and resolve concerns.
Sales And Marketing
Drive client sales, achieving monthly targets.
Devise strategies to retain clients.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.
Financial Management
Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.
Leadership
Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in hospitality / Pilates studio or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales and marketing expertise.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with gym / studio operations software.
Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with fitness programming and trends.
Working Hours
Varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
