💼 We’re Hiring : Sales Associate (Fresher-Friendly Role!)

📍 Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Remote flexibility for the right candidates)

🕐 Shift : Night Shift (US Process)

👥 Open to Freshers – Full Training Provided!

As a Sales Associate at Highwages, you’ll be the first point of connection with jobseekers, helping them explore exciting career opportunities in the US job market. If you’re eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and want to kickstart your career in the global staffing industry, this role is perfect for you!

✨ What You’ll Do :

Connect with jobseekers via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and messages .
Share information about our services and guide candidates through the onboarding process .
Build strong relationships with jobseekers and maintain their trust.
Keep records of your outreach and ensure smooth communication.
Work closely with the team to achieve your daily / weekly / monthly targets .

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Freshers welcome – no prior experience required!

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Familiarity with LinkedIn and social platforms .

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
