About The Opportunity Join our dynamic and fast-paced remote team as a Social Media Marketing Intern and play a key role in our mission. You will gain hands-on experience creating and executing social media campaigns that inform, inspire, and engage thousands of future civil servants. This role is ideal for a creative, mission-driven communicator who is passionate about education and eager to build a strong portfolio in the EdTech space.

Role & Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of our social media strategy across the platforms where our aspirants are most active : YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored for Civil Services aspirants : informative captions, motivational carousels, short-form videos (Reels / Shorts), insightful stories, and simple visuals using Canva.

Manage our vibrant online community by monitoring comments and DMs, responding to queries promptly, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Use scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) to maintain our content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.

Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates), contribute to weekly reports, and recommend content optimizations based on what resonates with our student community.

Conduct research on current affairs, exam trends, and competitor strategies to identify content gaps and suggest fresh ideas for posts and videos.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.

0–1 years of practical experience or internships in social media marketing or content creation.

Strong command of written English with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or mobile editing apps for Reels / Shorts.

Familiarity with native social media analytics and comfort using Google Sheets / Excel for basic reporting.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator comfortable with remote work.

Preferred :

A keen interest in or understanding of the UPSC Civil Services examination and current affairs.

Awareness of basic SEO principles for YouTube and blogs.

Experience with community management or multilingual content creation (Hindi / other regional languages).
