Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team at RCLASHERS MEDIA.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of influencer marketing — from campaign planning and creator outreach to execution and performance tracking. The role is based in Delhi with flexibility for remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach : Research, identify, and reach out to influencers for ongoing campaigns.

Talent Coordination : Assist in managing relationships with creators and ensuring smooth communication.

Campaign Support : Help in planning, organizing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns.

Data & Reporting : Track campaign deliverables and assist in preparing performance reports.

Trend Research : Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and creator marketing innovations.

Team Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and brand deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and social platforms.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
