Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for Media Buyers and Account Managers.
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent
- Crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that showcase our high-performance culture
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for technical ability, cultural fit, and alignment with our mission
- Collaborating with internal leadership and hiring managers to coordinate hiring processes
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRONG TALENT PIPELINE FOR ONGOING AND FUTURE HIRING NEEDS
- Providing a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Maintaining recruitment metrics and improving hiring funnel efficiency
Key Responsibilities :
Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans across platforms like job boards and industry-specific communitiesSourcing and screening high-quality candidates who meet our specific requirementsBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and internal teamsCommunicating effectively with candidates at all stages of the recruitment processRequirements :
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environmentProven success recruiting Media Buyers, Account Managers, or similar roles in performance marketingDeep understanding of ad agency roles and what makes a high-performing candidateExcellent sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like Recruiter, Workable, or GreenhouseStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentSelf-starter mindset with a results-driven approachWhy Our Company?
