Job Description :

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various freelance and contract roles across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms to find potential candidates, actively reach out to passive candidates, building relationships and creating talent pipelines.
• Actively source and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networks, etc.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews : Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts, assist clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the gig economy and freelance market, advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
