Performance Test Lead

Design, develop, and execute performance tests using

JMeter

for web, API, and database layers.

Monitor system performance and analyze results using tools like

New Relic .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.

Work effectively in an

Onsite / Offshore model , ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.

Present performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications : 7+ years

of hands-on experience in

Performance Testing .

Proficiency with

JMeter

and a strong understanding of performance monitoring tools like

New Relic .

Demonstrated experience in testing across

UI, API, and database layers .

Proven ability to performance test complex technology stacks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements :

Willingness to work until 11 : 30 PM IST on a need basis to accommodate global team collaboration
