Job Summary :

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC Payroll and will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and management of our payroll systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for both India and our global operations, working closely with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Payroll Configuration & Support :

• Lead the configuration and support of SAP Payroll (India / Global), including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and taxation.
• Ensure seamless integration between Payroll and other SAP modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Employee Central (EC).
