Job descriptionDrive the leasing strategy for corporate offices and retail spaces to maximize occupancy and rental yield. Lead office leasing initiatives, including prospecting, site visits, financial deal structuring, negotiations, and closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, IPCs (International Property Consultants), brokers, and channel partners. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are accurate and in line with regulations. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding seamlessly. Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to strengthen pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies. Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Ensure all leasing and marketing activities align with corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 6 - 15 years of experience in Corporate Leasing (Office & Retail), with at least 3 years of core office leasing experience.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, IPC channel management, and contract negotiations.
- Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in leasing.
- Exposure to marketing, branding, and promotional activities in commercial real estate projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
