Travel Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget.

Provide detailed information on destinations travel routes accommodations and travel documentation.

Research plan and book flights hotels car rentals cruises and tour packages.

Prepare personalized travel itineraries and proposals for clients.

Handle amendments cancellations and travel issues efficiently and professionally.

Stay updated on travel industry trends promotional offers visa regulations and policies.

Promote and upsell additional services such as travel insurance guided tours and upgrades.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.

Requirements

roven experience as a Travel Consultant Travel Agent or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of booking platforms GDS systems and travel software.

Familiarity with visa requirements travel regulations and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
