About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source IT Talent : Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates for various tech roles including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Track Recruitment Data : Maintain and update candidate records using MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle from resume screening and interviews to scheduling and offer rollouts.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Coordinate with US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment during the hiring process.
• Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience : Communicate transparently and consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
