About the Role :

As a Manager | QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the testing strategy for complex systems and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build robust automation frameworks, streamline CI / CD pipelines, and ensure scalability and performance across platforms.

Skill Set & Experience :

• Automation Testing expertise using Java with Selenium
• Hands-on experience in Automation Frameworks - Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber (Must-Have)
• Proven experience in testing HR Platforms / HR Tech applications
• Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of AWS-specific testing tools for cloud-based environments
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
