Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job descriptionPerform manual testing of the web application, covering UI, UX, workflows, and browser compatibility. Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Cypress (Playwright / Selenium is a plus). Validate end-to-end scenarios across frontend and backend. 2+ years of QA experience (Manual + Automation). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman) and API automation. Good experience with Cypress / Selenium / Playwright for web automation. Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL for backend data validation. Experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in an Agile environment. Experience with JMeter, Locust, or other performance tools. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Git workflows. Basic scripting knowledge in TypeScript, Go, Python, or JavaScript. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
QA Engineer (2+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) who can test backend services, web applications, and end-to-end workflows with high accuracy. You’ll collaborate with developers to ensure product quality across APIs, UI, and our growing IoT platform.
What You’ll Do
Backend Testing
- Write and execute manual test cases for backend services built using TypeScript, Go or similar.
- Test RESTful APIs using Postman and generate detailed reports.
- Create and maintain API automation scripts (Postman + Newman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA / Trello / Azure DevOps.
- Validate real-time IoT data, message queues, and microservice behaviour.
- Execute performance and load tests (JMeter / Locust).
