Job descriptionManage the preparation, evaluation, and finalization of tenders and contracts for infrastructure projects, particularly in railway and highway domains Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and legal standards Coordinate with project, legal, and procurement teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions Oversee contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, amendments, compliance monitoring, and closure Provide support in resolving contractual disputes and liaising with clients, legal advisors, and authorities as required Analyze risks associated with contractual obligations and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of contractual transactions are maintained as per policy and audit requirements Assist in pre-bid meetings, vendor communications, and clarification processes Maintain awareness of relevant legal and regulatory changes affecting contract execution and management Collaborate with technical and project teams for contract interpretation and execution support
