Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (HR & Finance) Position Summary The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (HR & Finance) is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions across Human Resources and Finance modules. The role ensures smooth digital transformation of internal processes and supports business stakeholders through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities -
- Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR & Finance modules.
- Manage workflows, business rules, forms, and integrations.
- Conduct requirement analysis and convert business needs into system solutions.
- Provide daily user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Maintain data integrity, reporting, and Power BI dashboards.
- Integrate Dynamics with internal systems (Payroll, ERP, Attendance, BI tools).
- Ensure governance, compliance, and system security roles.
Mandatory Certifications -
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (MANDATORY)Preferred : Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.Preferred : Dynamics 365 Human Resources Functional Consultant Associate.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.Minimum 3–7 years experience in Dynamics 365 HR & Finance.Strong knowledge of HR operations (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance).Strong knowledge of financial processes (GL, AP / AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets).Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
