Dynamics 365 HR / Finance Solutions Lead

About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR & Finance Consultant and play a lead role in driving digital transformation across enterprise HR and Finance functions. This is a high-visibility, client-facing position where you will own the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements and solution design to configuration, integrations, UAT, and go-live.

You will work directly with HR, Finance, and C-level leaders to deliver scalable D365 solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

• Lead full end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 HR & Finance.
• Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze processes and design optimal D365 solutions.
• Configure HR modules : Leave, Attendance, Payroll integration, ESS, Performance.
• Configure Finance modules : GL, AP / AR, Budgeting, Procurement, Fixed Assets.
• Build workflows, automation, and business rules.
• Manage integrations with Payroll, Attendance devices, ERP, APIs, and BI tools.
• Handle data migration and oversee UAT cycles.
• Provide high-quality training and documentation in excellent English.
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
