Job Title : Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our account teams and drive business growth by strengthening service levels to customers.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and innovations for key accounts and distributors to address customer needs and support joint business growth.
• Create strong, differentiated value for key accounts and distributors to safeguard existing businesses and solve complex technical issues.
• Engage with customers, establish close relationships, and build access to their operations teams.
• Own the development and execution of product upgrades, new solution identification, and communication with customer technical teams.
• Closely collaborate with different functions, playing a key role in competitor mapping, new product launches, and ideation workshops from a technical perspective.
• Participate in key projects initiated by R&D and commercial teams, contributing with a technical perspective.
