Role Overview :

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to help us accelerate user acquisition and retention across iOS and Android. You'll own our growth funnel - from App Store Optimization to paid campaigns and content marketing - blending creativity with performance data to drive installs, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) - titles, screenshots, reviews, keywords, and conversion tracking.
• Plan and manage TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns focused on installs and retention.
• Develop AI-powered content marketing and ad creatives for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Build marketing automation funnels for user onboarding, reactivation, and referral loops.
• Optimize performance through continuous testing - creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements.
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with feature releases.
• Set up dashboards to track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and organic growth metrics.
