Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Customer Success & Sales Agent to support our UK growth. This role is heavily sales-oriented , with a strong focus on lead conversion, outbound cold calling, and closing rental sign-ups.
You will engage directly with UK-based businesses and individual riders, managing the full sales journey from first contact through to confirmed rental. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys closing deals, working toward clear targets, and earning performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed electric motorbike rental customers
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses with delivery services or mobile staff
- Identify decision-makers and pitch vehicle rental solutions effectively
- Consistently follow up with prospects to close deals
- Upsell longer rental terms or multiple vehicles where applicable
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
Customer Success & Retention
Onboard new customers smoothly after sign-upAct as a point of contact for pre- and post-sale queriesBuild trust and long-term relationships to reduce churnSupport renewals and repeat rentalsAdministration & Remote Operations
Manage emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp-style enquiriesLog calls, notes, and customer updates accuratelyCoordinate with the UK operations team when requiredRequired Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or call centre rolesStrong confidence in cold calling and objection handlingExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsResults-oriented mindset with experience working toward targetsAbility to engage professionally with UK-based customersComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication toolsPreferred Skills / Nice to Have
Experience selling services, subscriptions, or rental-based productsBackground in logistics, delivery platforms, mobility, or vehicle leasingExperience working with international or UK customersWork Schedule
UK Time : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM GMTIndia Time : Monday to Friday, 03 : 30 PM – 12 : 30 AM ISTWeekend Coverage : Likely one weekend per month (planned in advance)Fully remote role based in India, supporting UK customers and operationsWhat We Offer
