CRM & Sales Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM & Sales Executive who will take ownership of both customer relationship management and revenue growth .

This role isn’t about cold calling — it’s about nurturing leads, building loyalty, and driving sales through customer insight and engagement .

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to track and nurture customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling , and customer retention.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run personalized campaigns and promotions.
  • Convert inbound leads and repeat customers into loyal brand advocates.
  • Monitor customer data and insights to improve sales performance and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM-based sales, ideally in nutraceuticals, wellness, health tech, or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) .
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and follow-up skills.
  • Passion for health, nutrition, and customer success.
