Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) . Excellent communication, empathy, and follow-up skills. CRM & Sales Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM & Sales Executive who will take ownership of both customer relationship management and revenue growth .
This role isn’t about cold calling — it’s about nurturing leads, building loyalty, and driving sales through customer insight and engagement .
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize our CRM system to track and nurture customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling , and customer retention.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run personalized campaigns and promotions.
- Convert inbound leads and repeat customers into loyal brand advocates.
- Monitor customer data and insights to improve sales performance and satisfaction.
