Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development, Marketing & Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts, building long-term customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning solutions to meet their needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth.

Role Description

  • Prospect and qualify inbound / outbound leads via : Email outreach LinkedIn & social selling, Cold calling
  • Understand client requirements related to : Digital Marketing Solutions, Website & App Development, eCommerce & Software Services
  • Present suitable solutions and schedule sales meetings / demos with pre-sales / technical teams.
  • Maintain updated lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, outreach strategies, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly targets for meetings, proposals, and pipeline generation.
  • Build and maintain a healthy business relationship with prospects.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years’ experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (Preferred in IT or Digital Marketing)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
  • Ability to research prospects and identify decision-makers
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven & strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple industries and client types
