Role Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Enterprise Application practice. The analyst will research and evaluate technology vendors, trends, and best practices in areas such as Digital Transformation, ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and other Enterprise Operation Systems.

This role combines technology research, vendor evaluation, and thought leadership, providing a unique opportunity to influence buying decisions and technology directions in the global Enterprise Applications market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and vendor research across the Enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystem, including ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Financial Management platforms.
• Evaluate platform capabilities, deployment models, integration frameworks, and ecosystem maturity through primary and secondary research.
• Evaluate vendors through SPARK Matrix, SPARK Plus, and other QKS research methodologies.
• Build deep understanding of enterprise business processes and digital core systems, covering ERP, finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing operations.
• Interact with product vendors, end users, and ecosystem partners for briefings, demos, and validation.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to identify emerging trends and create thought leadership content.
• Support client advisory sessions with insights on technology selection, architecture alignment, and market positioning.
