zoho developer (Immediate Start)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3+ Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho products (such as Zoho One , Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.), customization capabilities, and a knack for problem-solving. The Zoho Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other modules.
• Implement workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom functions to streamline business processes.
• Create and maintain custom scripts using Deluge scripting language.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
• Design reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho to provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates, features, and best practices.
