• Setup & Customization : Configure Zoho CRM to align with business requirements, including module setup, custom fields, workflows, automation, and integrations with external tools.
• Deluge Scripting : Develop and implement custom functions using Zoho’s Deluge scripting language to optimize CRM functionalities and automate processes.
• Design and deploy CRM automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM customization and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business processes and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Ensure best practices for data security, system performance, and scalability.
