Job Description :
Be the solicitor, custodian, gatekeeper of client-related category / brand information, and cascade them internally.
Actively interact with the data & AI teams to find gaps in information.
Provide ideas to aggregate data and smarter ways of presenting our outputs to clients.
Manage delivery timelines - internal & external.
Undertake a demo our SaaS platform to our prospects (post-training)
You will also be required to deep dive into the outputs generated by our AI team and create a 15 slider Executive Summary Presentation (PPT) – and within 6 months of joining present the same to our clients.
Be the SPOC for the assigned clients.
Qualification, skill sets & experience :
Graduate / Masters in the field of Business, Marketing, Advertising Media, Retail analytics, or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experience
Exposure in at-least 3 to 4 traditional Marketing Research tools & technique. (e.g., TV viewership data, digital analytics tools including influencer marketing tools, Retail Panel data, Client sales data, Ad expenditure reports from Nielsen and / or Kantar et al)
Affinity for numbers and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
8+ years of relevant experience (Marketing analytics, Brand Management / Advertising Media / Consumer Research sectors)
Technical Competencies
Well versed with MS Excel (Pivots, calculated fields, Conditional formatting, charts, dropdown lists etc.), MS PowerPoint & MS Word (proposal formatting)
Any added formal Qualification in the marketing / advertising / research domains would be an added advantage.
Key Deliverables of the Role :
Call, write, WhatsApp clients - get things out from them, in time.
Managing timely delivery of commitments made to clients.
Ensure that a process (some are in place, and you can evolve a few) is followed internally for a smoother work delivery, without the last-minute stress.
Become the “go to person” for the specific clients within 90 days of joining us.
Generate happiness around within the organization by being a good team member.
Senior Manager – must have managed a team of 3+ members.
