Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate division. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in your success by generating leads, converting them into sales and achieving your financial goals.

Responsibilities :

• Call and follow up with potential clients through leads provided by the company or generated by you
• Maintain proper logs of all calls, follow-ups, and lead status (hot, warm, cold).
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable company projects.
• Convince clients for office meetings and site visits.
• Ensure timely follow-ups until the client visits the site or finalizes a deal.
• Assist clients during the site visit and provide all necessary project details.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining good client relations.
