Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Saharanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, presenting to potential clients, and collaborating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will also be involved in contract negotiations, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of market research and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, Presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with contract negotiations and closing deals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Relevant experience in the construction or asphalt industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
